The 9th World Congress on Engineering and Technology (CET 2023) will be held during Oct. 30 - Nov. 1, 2023 in Xi'an, China. This Conference will cover issues on Engineering and Technology. Xi'an, is the capital of Shaanxi province, located in central-northwest China, records the great changes of the country just like a living history book. Called Chang'an (meaning the eternal city) in ancient times, it is one of the birthplaces of the ancient Chinese civilization in the Yellow River Basin area. As the eastern terminal of the Silk Road and the site of the famous Terracotta Warriors of the Qin Dynasty, the city has won a reputation all over the world. More than 3,000 years of history including over 1,100 years as the capital city of ancient dynasties, have endowed the city with an amazing historical heritage. Visitors marvel at the numerous historical sites and cultural relics in and around the city.

Template for Manuscripts (below the Registration button at the top left corner) to download the Full Paper template and prepare your article according to it. The full length of one paper is suggested to be
8-10 pages (within the template format with all tables, figures and references). If your paper is over 10 pages, you will be kindly requested to pay for extra pages fees.
3. The simple Abstract submission should include the title, contents, keywords, authors names, affiliations and emails. The length is suggested to be controlled
within 1 page and no more than 2 pages.
4. You will receive the review results within
3-5 working days after submission. If you do not get any notification within the time limit, please contact us as soon as possible.
5. You are welcome to submit papers in Chinese and please contact us for more details.
Conference History
CET, the 9th World Congress on Engineering and Technology (CET 2023) is an annual conference in China since 2010. This conference was held in Guilin and Xi'an from 2010 to 2021. Each year there are attendees from Asia, Europe, America, etc., and there have been quite a lot of well known experts giving keynote speeches, oral presentations and poster presentations. In 2021, CET was held in Xi'an during November 12-14 and some distinguished speakers gave the Keynote Speeches and oral presentations.
