Dr. S. M. Harle is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Prof Ram Meghe College of Engineering and Management, Badnera. He graduated from Government College of Engineering, Amravati (India) in 2008 and completed his post-graduation from the National Institute of Technology-Rourkela (India) in 2010. With a teaching experience of 10 years and an industrial experience of 2.5 years, Dr. S. M. Harle completed his PhD in 2019, specializing in the field of low volume roads. His areas of interest include fiber reinforced concrete, pavement design, concrete technology.

Dr. S. M. Harle has a distinguished research background, having secured two granted patents and filed four additional patents. He has also authored seven books and published over 80 research papers in esteemed international journals and conferences. His expertise is recognized through his role as a reviewer for prominent journals, including Elsevier, and as an editorial board member for various publications. He actively contributes to the scientific community as a member of scientific committees for conferences, where he serves as a keynote speaker and session chair. Additionally, Dr. S. M. Harle guides research projects for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
