Biography: 
Dr. Ryspek Usubamatov is a Professor in the Automation & Robotics Department at the Kyrgyz State Technical University after I. Razzakov where he has been a faculty member since 2016. 
From 2002–2016, he held the Professorship for several Universities in Malaysia. From 1972 – 2002 he is a lecturer, head of department, professor, the rector of Kyrgyz Technical University and Director of Mountain Institute at Kyrgyzstan. 
R. Usubamatov completed his Ph.D. and his undergraduate studies at Bauman Moscow State Technical University.His postdoctoral studies completed by Dr. of Tech. Sc. at Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyzstan.His research interests lie in the area of productivity theory for industrial engineering, dynamics of rotating objects, and theory of gyroscopic effects ranging from theory to design to implementation. He has collaborated actively with researchers in several other disciplines of manufacturing and industrial engineering and engineering mechanics.   
R. Usubamatov has served on roughly ten international conferences and organizing committee members and served as the Chairman for several sections.
