Biography:
My name is Dr. Morteza Khashehchi, was born on 1977. I have finished my Phd on 2012 at the University of Melbourne (under supervisions of Prof. Ivan Marusic, and Prof. Andrew Ooi) followed by a three years postdoc research fellow at the University of Queensland (supervised by A.Prof. Kamel Hooman) in Mechanical Engineering department. In both periods of time I have been involved with the Numerical (CFD) and Experimental (PIV and LDV) fluid dynamics projects resulting about 13 published journal papers and about 20 presentations in different meetings.
Presently, I am working as an Assistant Professor pursuing both academic and research work in Department of Biomechanical Eng., University of Tehran. I have about 5 years experiences in teaching different Mechanical Engineering and Mathematical subjects.
I have rich experience in experimental fluid dynamics, mainly at 3D-3C velocimetry techniques, as well as 3D flow modelling with fluid dynamics softwares, and currently I have 5 Phd students working in these fields.
